calypso pepper jam Silver Medal Winner Royal Melbourne & Sydney Royal 2014

Calypso pepper jam is a 100% all natural gluten and preservative free jam which is a slow-cooked spicy-sweet jam with a HINT of heat thanks to the Jamaican Scotch Bonnet pepper.  This sauce just won two Silver Medals at Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards & Sydney Royal Fine Food Show 2014. It’s the perfect pairing for barbecued meats, sausages, poultry, fish and vegetables and the ideal addition to a cheese platter. It’s so delicious you’ll soon be adding it to sandwiches and using it as a dip for fish cakes, meat pies and sausage rolls, but my tip is to try it with eggs - any style!
